2011-2012 Priorities

After a review of the Survey and a gap analysis between the Ontario Curriculum (and the impact of the SQC) and the suite of currently Ministry licensed software, OSAPAC is recommending that the Ministry set the 2011-2011 software priorities as follows:

• Online Oral Communication - Grades 7 - 12, Web based product
• Collaborative Civic Simulations & Role Playing, - Civics, Web based products
• Interactive story books repository shared reading- Grades K-3, Web or CD/DVD based product
• 3 Dimensional sketching and design - Arts, Sceinces and Tech, Grades 4-10, Web or CD/DVD based product
• CAD with 2D and 3D capabilities - Tech, Grades 10-12
• Mobile apps Technology – pilot test, Cross Curricular, Teacher Professional Development
